KAIROVA is a private physician-led medical House in the Pocono Mountains, serving a limited number of Members. We care for adults whose depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, cognitive fatigue, or chronic pain has not responded to the medicine they have been offered — using ketamine, nitrous oxide therapy, stellate ganglion blocks, and precision infusion protocols, selected and sequenced by a single physician.
The patients who find their way to me have not failed treatment. Treatment has failed them. My work is to find what responds — and to apply it with precision.
You have seen good physicians. You have taken the medications that were offered — perhaps two, perhaps five. You have sat with a therapist and done the work. Some of it helped. None of it returned the person you were.
What you are experiencing is not a character failing, and it is not something to be endured quietly. It is a neurological condition with a neurological explanation — and, increasingly, a neurological approach the conventional system has not yet learned to offer.
KAIROVA exists because one physician grew tired of watching capable patients exhaust the available options — and leave still unwell. We built a place where what actually works is applied with care.
Nearly one in three adults with depression does not respond fully to standard treatment. The answer is not another SSRI.
Untreated symptoms compound. Depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress reshape the nervous system the longer they are left. Earlier intervention is more effective intervention — at any age.
A growing peer-reviewed literature now describes approaches simply not available a decade ago — approaches worth considering seriously.
A session here, a supplement there, an IV lounge elsewhere. Real recovery requires an integrated system — applied by a single physician with a clear view.
We do not manage your symptoms. Our integrated House protocol is designed to create the conditions under which the brain becomes capable of genuine change — and we step through that window with you, carefully, on a schedule that respects your life.
Every protocol is designed personally by Dr. Artamonov and directed by him throughout. No templates. No protocol assembled by someone who has not met you. This is how medicine was once practiced. It is how we practice still.
The session alone is only one component. Recovery lives in the hours and days that follow — and in the integration, the nutrition, the precision infusions, and the direct physician access that we build around every Member.
KAIROVA accepts a limited number of Members at any time. This is not a marketing device. It is the only way to practice the medicine we practice at the standard we hold ourselves to.
These are the standards Kairova holds itself to. They are not marketing language. They are how we practice — and how we may be held accountable.
Every Member of the House is known personally by Dr. Artamonov — by name, history, and disposition.
Every protocol is designed and directed personally by Dr. Artamonov. Nothing is assembled from a template, and no clinical decision is made by someone who has not met you.
We accept no insurance for our psychiatric work and make no clinical decision under its influence. This preserves the integrity of the care we offer.
We do not sell, lease, or share Member information. Your story, your history, your care — these remain within the House.
We publish our outcomes once a year — honestly, including where we fell short. We believe medicine should be accountable to its results.
A Member may leave the House at any time, without explanation or retention effort. Your care belongs to you.
The House protocol is not any single intervention. It is the arrangement — the sequence, the timing, the physician-directed integration — of multiple coordinated components working in concert.
The components are established medicine, and we name them plainly below. What is ours is how they are combined: which agent, in what order, at what interval, with what integration, for which patient. That judgement is the House's medicine, and it is developed with each Member individually.
Conducted in a private suite, physician-led from arrival to departure. The agent is selected for your presentation, not applied by default.
Ketamine is delivered intravenously, allowing precise control of dose throughout and the ability to adjust or stop at any point. Nitrous oxide is delivered by soft mask over approximately one hour, with no IV — and after a recovery period and discharge assessment, you drive yourself home. Stellate ganglion block is an ultrasound-guided injection of local anaesthetic near a nerve cluster at the base of the neck, taking about fifteen minutes, with no sedation.
Each creates conditions under which structured therapeutic work becomes possible in a way it otherwise is not.
The work that follows the session is where lasting change is written. Integration is conducted in the hours and days immediately following your session — timed to the period of peak neurological receptivity. Physician-coordinated, with our in-House team or in partnership with your existing therapist.
Not vitamin drips. Distinct protocols supporting mitochondrial and metabolic function before sessions, cellular repair after, and methylation status throughout — the last of which matters particularly alongside nitrous oxide, which affects vitamin B12 metabolism. Sequenced by design, dosed by Dr. Artamonov.
Pre- and post-session nutrition prepared to protocol and sourced from regional organic growers. Food as part of the protocol — not a side offering.
A structured support system extending your protocol into your life — direct physician access, guided home support, supplement architecture, and coordination with your existing care team. The recovery arc is maintained in the weeks between visits, not only during them.
Ketamine and nitrous oxide are FDA-approved for other uses. Their use for psychiatric conditions is off-label. Stellate ganglion block for post-traumatic stress is likewise off-label. These uses are supported by a growing but incomplete literature, and Dr. Artamonov will discuss the evidence, the risks, and what is not yet established before you decide anything. Individual responses vary and cannot be predicted.
