Kairova is a defined clinical programme — a protocol architecture, a session structure, an integration method, an assessment framework, and the standards that govern how all of it is delivered. It is owned by NeuralReset and licensed to the practices that deliver it.
The first of those is our own practice in East Stroudsburg. We are now in early conversation with a small number of additional physician-led practices.
I did not build this to scale quickly. I built it to be done correctly. Any practice that carries the name will be one I would send my own patients to.
Kairova is not a clinic. It is a clinical programme that a licensed medical practice delivers under licence.
The distinction matters. Your practice remains your practice — your entity, your licence, your patients, your clinical judgment, your medical decisions. What you licence is the programme: how sessions are structured and sequenced, how integration is delivered, how outcomes are measured, how the standards are held, and the name under which patients recognise all of it.
Our own practice in East Stroudsburg operates under exactly this arrangement. It is licensee number one, on the same written terms any other practice would receive.
Session structure, sequencing logic, agent selection framework, entry and escalation criteria, safety protocols.
Validated instruments, intake battery, outcome measurement at defined intervals.
Including the guided practice programme developed for use alongside sessions.
The name, the materials, and the published standards that govern how the programme is delivered anywhere it carries the name.
We are not looking for volume. We are looking for a small number of physicians who would practise this way whether or not there were a programme attached to it.
A licensed physician who will personally direct the programme in their practice — not delegate it. This is the standard our own practice holds, and it does not change elsewhere.
Existing capability in interventional or procedural medicine, a facility suited to the work, and the licensure and registrations the protocol requires in your jurisdiction.
The published standards of the House are not marketing. A practice carrying this name is accountable to them, including outcome measurement and annual reporting.
We would rather be straightforward about the stage than imply a maturity the programme has not reached.
East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Licensee number one, on written terms.
We are speaking with a small number of physicians. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer, and no terms are published here.
We make no claims about revenue, patient volume, or financial outcome, and will not do so in conversation either.
Clinical judgment and medical decision-making remain entirely with the licensee physician. The licence governs programme and brand, never patient care.
You practise under your own licence and entity. Patients are yours. Records are yours.
Any arrangement is documented in writing and reviewed by counsel for each party before anything is signed.
Write to us with a short note about your practice, your setting, and how you currently work. Enquiries are read by Dr. Artamonov. There is no application form and no follow-up sequence — only a conversation, if there is something to discuss.
