A course of interventional treatment is not one appointment. It is six, sometimes more, across two to three weeks — and delivered the conventional way, it asks you to build your life around a clinic calendar at precisely the moment you are least able to.
For patients travelling from New York, New Jersey, or Philadelphia, that arithmetic is usually what ends the conversation. Twelve journeys. A companion to drive each time. Days taken from work that you do not have to give.
The Intensive was built to remove that obstacle. You come for three days, complete a concentrated portion of your course, and go home.
The interval between sessions is not idle time. It is when we learn whether you are responding — and it is what allows the next decision to be an informed one.
Most Members complete their induction across three visits of three days each, spaced roughly two weeks apart.
Sessions are scheduled at clinically appropriate intervals. We do not compress a full induction into a single weekend, and we will explain plainly why when you ask.
With Dr. Artamonov. How you slept, what has shifted, what we adjust.
Ketamine, nitrous oxide, or stellate ganglion block — selected for your presentation that day, not applied by default.
Integration work timed to the period of heightened receptivity — which is where lasting change is written.
The evening is deliberately unstructured.
Ketamine and nitrous oxide are FDA-approved for other uses; their use for psychiatric conditions is off-label. Stellate ganglion block for post-traumatic stress is off-label. Dr. Artamonov will discuss the evidence, the risks, and what is not yet established before you decide anything. Individual responses vary and cannot be predicted.
Psychiatric and medical assessment completed in advance, so the first day is treatment rather than paperwork.
Physician-administered throughout, with the agent selected daily.
Not referred out. Conducted here, timed to the session.
Sequenced to the course, including methylation support.
Pre- and post-session, sourced from regional organic growers.
In Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey — between visits and after.
How is this different from a retreat?
A retreat is a place you stay. The Intensive is a course of medical treatment delivered at a licensed medical practice, with accommodation arranged separately and independently.
Can I do this without taking leave from work?
Most Members arrive Friday and leave Sunday. Three such visits across roughly six weeks is the usual course.
What if I cannot commit to three days?
Then begin differently. A stellate ganglion block is a single visit of about fifteen minutes with no sedation and no driver required, and it is often the right first step.
Do I need someone to drive me?
For ketamine, yes. For nitrous oxide and stellate ganglion block, no — after a recovery period and discharge assessment you drive yourself home.
